Zen Sushi & Grill opened on the ground floor of the Phoenix in late September. The Japanese restaurant offers sushi, sashimi, entrees, and salads, and features an extensive sake menu. Zen Sushi has been doing a brisk business in downtown Beloit since it opened, serving lunch and dinner Monday-Saturday, and dinner on Sundays.

Next door is Lucy’s #7 Burger Bar (above), which opened last year and specializes in stuffed burgers, shakes, and fries. This popular restaurant has an open kitchen and features an all-Wisconsin selection of craft beers. Lucy’s is open every day of the week.
